"Northern Cardinal"
• Original etching from a limited edition of 10 fine art print max.
• Single photopolymer plate (Carbon Black AkuaInks) print on Vellum Arches BFK Rives 180gsm white paper (13 x 18 cm / 5.1 x 7 inches). The print measures 10 x 15 cm (3.9 x 5.9 inches). Each print is signed, stamped, and numbered at the bottom of the print area. Each print is hand-pulled on an intaglio press.
• Creation Process : The engraving is cut out in a second step. On a separate 3 mm plywood support, I apply gold leaf. Then, I overlay the cut-out engraving on this gilded support. This method creates the final artwork and allows for the variation of the motif's color according to your preferences.
• When shipped, the engraving will be framed in a standard IKEA FISKBO frame, ready for quick hanging. The frame can be replaced as you wish. Accompanied by its certificate of authenticity. A tracking number will be provided to you.
